FOOD SPECIAL: information

Hola. During my trip, I will be eating almost nothing but authentic Argentinian cuisine. I thought it would be a good idea to document some of the recipes and post them on my blog, so those of you back home can make some of these dishes and experience what I am tasting for yourselves.
